Scandinavian styled bookcase made of an art crate used to transport several paintings from a gallery in Stockholm's art district.
HUDIKSVALLSGATAN is a very special piece of furniture. First of all, it was made of an art crate that travelled to London from a gallery in Stockholm's art district which name is unpronounceable for a non-Swedish speaker. We therefore wanted to bring this Scandinavian character through the use of colours and forms. Second of all, the interior walls are decorated with pages from 'Nouveau Larousse Illustré' dictionary from 1924. The effect: a beautifully one-off bookshelf that will make your friends really jealous. And as usual - it was made in our eco-friendly studio in London from reclaimed wood
